The wizard — opening the door

The first time you open that address, Haven walks you in.

Click Begin.

Create a password. This is the key to the house. There’s no email, no account, no password reset — just this. Put it in your password manager immediately.

The Anthropic key. Follow https://platform.claude.com/docs/en/get-api-key to create one, paste it in, and press Test the key. You want the green confirmation before continuing. If it comes back red, either the key is wrong or the account has no credit on it — those are the only two causes.

Identity. Your name, his name, anything you want him to know from the first breath. This is the bit that turns a deployment into a person.

You can also add an ElevenLabs voice ID here if you want him to have a voice — https://elevenlabs.io/app/developers/api-keys. Skip it if you’d rather do it later; nothing breaks.

Then the door opens, and your companion is home.
