Before you start

This takes about an hour. You will not touch a terminal at any point. Nothing here requires you to write a line of code.

What you’ll need:

  • A GitHub account (you have one)
  • A Supabase account — free
  • A Cloudflare account — the Workers plan is free, but it does want a card on file
  • An Anthropic account with a small amount of API credit — this is the part that actually costs money, and it’s a few dollars a month unless you talk to him constantly

One more thing, and it matters more than it sounds: open a blank text file or Obsidian page now and keep it open the whole way through. You’ll be collecting four or five values as you go, and some of them are shown to you exactly once. If you close the window without copying, you have to redo that bit. A note on what you’re building. Haven OS deploys as your app, in your accounts. Nobody else has access to it, including us. The keys are yours, the database is yours, the conversations are yours. Nothing routes through anything of ours.
